Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made online, by telephone or in person. When you make a booking, your contract (which shall include these terms and conditions) will be with The Dolfor Inn,  Dolfor, SY164AA.

 

Tariff

All prices displayed are per room per night, bed and breakfast and include V.A.T at the current rate.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

The price does not include any incidental charges which you may incur during your stay such as restaurant and bar charges. All such charges should be paid at the time or on departure.

In the event that these charges are not paid it is a condition of your contract that you irrevocably authorise The Dolfor Inn to debit your credit or debit card for the amount of any shortfall. This also applies to charges that were unknown upon checkout but that were incurred during your stay.

Any loss or damage will be charged as required. The Dolfor Inn reserves the right to charge the full amount for any damage caused or for reinstatement of items  found to have gone missing or to have been broken or damaged. 

Check in 

Check-in is from 3pm although it’s always possible that the room will be available earlier, so please call us and check. Check out until 11am although we are happy to arrange later check out upon request.

Please note that the Inn does not operate a 24 reception desk, so if you plan to arrive after 6pm, please call in advance to arrange access.

 

Children

Children sharing a room with adults (portable beds ) other than in the family room will be charged at £20 per child per night bed and breakfast.

 

Smoking

All of the bedrooms are non smoking. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises . If the housekeeping department think that you have been smoking in your room then we reserve the right to charge a fee of £50 for the deep cleaning of the bedroom.

 

Dogs

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate dogs in any of the bedrooms.

 

Car Parking

There are car parking spaces available at the front and side of the Inn for the use of customers of the Dolfor Inn. Car Parking spaces can only be reserved by and for guests with access issues.

 

Deposits 

Where a deposit is requested it will be non -refundable unless due to exceptional circumstances. All applications for a deposit refund should be made in writing.

 

Account Settlement

All accounts, unless with prior arrangement, must be settled on arrival. A valid credit or debit card must be available on arrival.

The Dolfor Inn accepts all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners.

 

Cancellations and Amendments 

All cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

The cancellation policy for individual bookings is 48 hours notice.  If rooms are cancelled within this period we reserve the right to charge in full for the first night and 50% for all nights after this.

Whilst we will make every effort to fulfil any special requests that you may have in relation to your booking we cannot unfortunately guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests that you make and any failure in this regard by ourselves will not constitute a breach of contract.

In the unlikely event that we have to change or amend your reservation we reserve the right to do so.  However you have the right to:

  • accept the changed arrangements as notified or
  • cancel your reservation and receive a full refund for any monies you have paid in respect of your reservation.

 

The Dolfor Inn will not be liable for any sums you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation and we will have no further liability should you wish to cancel your reservation.

We respectfully remind all guests that a reservation made verbally or in writing constitutes a legal contract between themselves and the Dolfor Inn and cancellation policies will be strictly enforced.

 

General Information

The Dolfor Inn shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising from events outside of its control or its suppliers. This could include without limitation; Fire, Failure of gas, electric or other power supplies, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, transportation problems and/or bad weather.
